Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available on unused items returned within 30 days of delivery, and on any item found to be defective. Defective hardware is covered for life under our guarantee.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Veyra. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are initiated within 2 business days and typically appear on your statement within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Original shipping costs

Shipping charges are refunded when a return results from our error (wrong or defective item). For standard returns, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and return shipping is on us via a prepaid label.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary. If it still hasn’t appeared, contact us at orders@alamocampingsupply.com and we’ll trace it.

Sale items

Discounted and clearance items are eligible for refund at the price paid, subject to the same 30-day and condition requirements.
