Shipping Policy

Processing time

In-stock provisions are packed and shipped from our Texas facility within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend ship the next business day.

Delivery estimates

• Standard (3–6 business days): Flat $6.50, or free on orders over $60.
• Expedited (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Delivery windows are estimates from the carrier and begin once the order leaves our facility. Weather and carrier delays are outside our control, though we’ll always help you track a late package.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email the moment your order is on its way. If you haven’t seen it within two business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional carrier fees shown at checkout. International shipping is not yet available.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at orders@alamocampingsupply.com and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
