In-stock provisions leave our Texas shop within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Standard delivery lands in 3–6 business days. You’ll get tracking by email the moment it’s on the truck.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on every order over $60. Under that, standard shipping is a flat $6.50 anywhere in the contiguous U.S.
What’s your return policy?
Unused gear can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Hardware is covered by a lifetime guarantee against defects — if it fails in normal use, we replace it. See our Refund Policy for details.
Is my payment secure?
Completely. Card payments are processed by Veyra with end-to-end encryption. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
How do I care for waxed canvas?
Brush off dirt, spot-clean with cold water, and re-wax once a season. Never machine wash — it strips the weather finish. Treated right, it lasts decades.
Can I change or cancel an order?
