Orders & pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We work hard to keep pricing and availability accurate, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or refuse any order, including after an order is placed. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, you’ll receive a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Veyra. By submitting an order you authorize the charge for the total shown at checkout, including shipping and any applicable tax.

Shipping & risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details on timing and lost-package support.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refund policies, incorporated here by reference.

Product use

Our products include fire-starting tools and bladed goods intended for responsible outdoor use by adults. You are responsible for using them safely and in accordance with local laws. Follow fire regulations and land-use rules wherever you camp.

Intellectual property

All site content — text, photography, logos, and the Alamo Camping Supply name — is our property and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alamo Camping Supply is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
