30-day returns

If a piece isn’t right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items should be unused and in resalable condition, with any original packaging where practical.

Lifetime hardware guarantee

Our brass, steel, and titanile hardware carries a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. If a buckle, striker, or tool fails under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost — no receipt gymnastics required.

How to start a return

• Email orders@alamocampingsupply.com with your order number.
• We’ll send a prepaid return label within one business day.
• Drop the package with any carrier location. Refunds post within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

Exchanges

Want a different item instead of a refund? Just say so in your email and we’ll ship the replacement as soon as your return is on its way.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, used mess and drinkware cannot be returned unless defective. Consumables (matches, fatwood, tinder) are returnable only if unopened.
